Their implementation must be supported by a set of actions that prioritize the execution measures, allocate the necessary resources, define the competency model, select financing options, and propose implementation partners.

Based on current needs, capacities, budgetary possibilities,
and the evaluation of alternative implementation approaches,
we will prepare a proposal for the implementation portfolio and recommend suitable financing. If necessary, we will create
a “recipe book” outlining how to implement the energy concept measures step by step.
