Krupka has a new strategy until 2030

Throughout the past year, we have been preparing a new long-term strategy for the town of Krupka, aimed at ensuring sustainable and balanced growth that fully reflects the needs of its residents while considering the unique economic, social, and environmental conditions of this Ore Mountain region.

The Strategic Development Plan of Krupka 2024–2030 serves as an overarching strategic document defining the medium-term framework for the town’s development. The strategy is based on five priority areas, encompassing 11 thematic goals, 38 comprehensive measures, and more than 70 project initiatives in various stages of development. Over the coming years, this document will become a key tool for coordinating diverse interests and activities, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life for local residents.

The creation of the plan actively involved representatives from the public, business sector, non-profit organizations, and, most notably, the town’s leadership and municipal office. The implementation of an open participatory approach has led to a warm reception of the plan by the public and its successful approval by all present members of Krupka’s municipal council. Full support for the strategic plan across the political spectrum not only brings us personal satisfaction but also establishes a critical foundation for its successful implementation within the town.

We are also pleased to observe the proactive approach of the town’s leadership, which has carefully heeded our recommendations. Even during the strategy’s development, preparations or execution of several strategically significant projects have already begun. We firmly believe that Krupka is set to thrive.
