Economic Consulting – Digital and Information Agency
As part of our project, we provided comprehensive economic consulting focused on the management of ICT systems. The key activity was the financial and economic analysis of data.
Project Management – Czech Post
We are part of the project management team for the Czech Post project focused on optimizing payment transactions.
Election Management Information System – Ministry of the Interior
The project deliverables included preparing a technical solution proposal and other necessary documents for starting the tender process, followed by the implementation of the information system in compliance with OHA and TS conditions, and providing ongoing ICT support as per the client’s needs.
Technical Supervision – Zlín Region, Česká Třebová, Jindřichův Hradec, Žďár nad Sázavou
We also provide technical supervision for digitalization deliveries, which involves comprehensive oversight to ensure that technical and quality requirements outlined in the contract are met. Our experts ensure that all technological and infrastructural components are implemented in line with project documentation and current standards throughout the entire implementation process. We also monitor budget adherence and schedules, identify potential risks, and propose appropriate actions, ensuring the successful and efficient completion of digitalization projects.
Cybersecurity Audits – City of Prague, IPR
We provide comprehensive cybersecurity audits, which include detailed analysis of the current level of security of IT systems, infrastructure, and processes within the organization. The audit includes testing technical measures, analyzing security management processes, and providing specific recommendations to improve data and system protection.
Robotics Development – Litvínov
As part of the project, we implemented a process automation tool (RPA) at the municipal office in Litvínov. The delivery included not only the setup of the tool itself but also the creation of two processes tailored to the client’s specific needs. The project also involved training officials in process management and robotics to ensure the effective use of this solution. This led to the optimization of operational processes and the automation of routine tasks, contributing to the modernization and efficiency of daily work.
Personnel Audits – Aš, Česká Třebová, Žďár nad Sázavou
We also have extensive expertise in conducting personnel audits. For example, in November, we completed a personnel audit for the town of Aš. The project focused on a comprehensive analysis of the client’s personnel and organizational processes. We created a detailed proposal including an overview of personnel and material resources, an implementation timeline, and the methodology for conducting the personnel audit. Our work also included evaluating the current organizational structure of the office and preparing a proposal for its optimization.
Strategic Plans – Prague 14, Jilemnice
Strategic planning is a key tool for the long-term development of cities and municipalities, as it enables efficient investment management, response to residents’ needs, and flexibility in adapting to changes. Each strategic plan we create consists of three parts. In the analytical phase, we collect and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data that maps all the key aspects of life in the area. Based on this information and the analysis of previous documents, we formulate proposals for measures that align with the main vision of development and reflect broad participation from local stakeholders. In the implementation phase, we create an action plan that includes specific steps for effective strategy management and ensuring its integration with budgeting, project, and financial management. Our added value lies in the comprehensive approach, which not only takes into account expertise and experience but also includes thorough participation from local communities and effective integration with public processes, ensuring the feasibility and long-term success of development plans.
Feasibility Studies and Grant Management – Road Maintenance Administration of the South Moravian Region
In this project, we carried out several key activities. First, we created a feasibility study in compliance with the requirements of the Strategic Plan for the IROP grant title. Then, we independently developed the technical part of the Strategic Plan in the form of a request for the opinion of the main eGovernment architect, specifically form A, which included a four-layer architecture covering the Business, Application, Data, and Infrastructure layers, along with descriptions of additional layers: Motivational and Security layers. We also conducted a market survey, created a project budget, and based on this data, we prepared and submitted a grant application for the upcoming eGovernment call via the ISKP21+ Portal as part of MS2021+.
